Catadores de Sonhos

The Catadores de Sonhos Project is an initiative focused on supporting waste pickers (catadores) in Brazil. This project aims to improve their working conditions, provide educational resources, and advocate for their rights. By highlighting their struggles and aspirations, the project seeks to foster greater awareness and drive positive change within the community.

Asmare's website

During the preparation for a crucial crowdfunding campaign, I was tasked with designing and launching two distinct websites that needed to be live in tandem with the campaign’s start. For Asmare, a cooperative focused on social impact, my primary objective was to craft a website that effectively communicated their mission to potential donors and partners. Understanding the essence of Asmare’s historical social work allowed me to highlight their unique contributions and establish a compelling narrative that set them apart from other organizations. This involved integrating storytelling elements with a clean, engaging design that showcased their achievements and fostered trust among stakeholders.

Catadores de Sonhos' website

In parallel, the Catadores de Sonhos Project’s website required a different approach. Here, the goal was to create a comprehensive platform that detailed the project’s activities, processes, and future goals. This website needed to cater to a diverse audience, including the general public, researchers, and university students. I focused on presenting a clear and informative user experience, utilizing intuitive navigation and accessible content to facilitate understanding and engagement with the project’s initiatives and research.

Both projects involved close collaboration with stakeholders to align on objectives and ensure that the final designs met their specific needs.
